Nestled in the heart of the inner city of Los Angeles sits a special “jewel,” Santa Teresita School. Principal, Sister Mary Catherine Antczak, O.P., teachers and staff are committed to preparing, nurturing and challenging students so they may become citizens and leaders in light of the Gospel values and in service to others. In partnership with teacher education at Mount St. Mary’s College and Loyola Marymount College and support from Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy High School, Santa Teresita provides many enrichment opportunites for our inner-city students. From field trips and after school homework club to music enrichment and college information events, these types of events help spark interests in our students that will then encourage them to strive to follow their dreams and be the best they can be.
