Our Schools

St. James Elementary School children say, "Thank you!"

The schools supported by Vision of Hope are inner-city schools in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.

At the time of the Dominican Sisters’ Convocation in 1995, the future of these schools was bleak; most were likely to be closed within ten years.

Thanks to the hard work of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose and our generous donors, all eight schools are providing hope and empowerment to the students who attend and the communities that support the schools.
